Re: The VideoGame MegaPack 4!
Armor-Plated Armadillo (Spitfire with periods and underscores) - Wasn't a huge fan of the intro, but about 40 seconds into the file it gets really good and stay good until the end. Only gripe I have is with the mini-freeze solos. Stop Right There DJ_Ossa. Accept
Flight of the Buttery (McGrumbles) - Old school feel as fuck. Song owns, file feels dated but this will be a pleasant surprise to people who "grew up" on files like this, so to speak. Accept Prismatic Butterfly (Alioth) - Feels like the BPM drifts ever so slightly, and I personally found the offset to be a bit late. I wouldn't say this file is repetitive, because there's enough that changes from section to section, it's just that these subtle changes aren't enough to make an interesting chart. Didn't enjoy this very much. You should definitely step that song you linked me on skype though! Reject The Stains of Pizza (Condoct) - Really messy chart. A lot of sections were cool (dare I say... "bitchin"), but the solo near the end was super awkward and convoluted with all those minifreezes. Tone down that section, or minifreeze usage in general, and I can accept this. Also, maybe an easier chart because the song owns. Accepted with revisions Working Together ( ????? ) - Synced really well, but I have a huge issue with the lack of pitch relevancy, causing the 16th sections to feel totally random. Some of the color notes don't feel right either. I did like that you used minifreezes to accent the lower notes, so layering didn't get too crazy. If you'd like, hit me up on skype or through private messages here so I can help you make this chart perfect. Accepted with revisions Onett (SpoOkyMagician) - pls no pls |

this has to do with vbr mp3s convert the audio file to cbr mp3 or ogg and it works perfectly (this is why all of my recent files use ogg for audio) |

I thought I provided good feedback on that file despite what others were saying. :-?
I've always explained my reasons or basis on my judgement on files. |

@dAnceguy1171 @moches
well guess wut u guys smell like farts LMAO Tsuka already nailed what was wrong with it. I guess I could have shadowed him and said the song wasn't good (it's just a re-sampled midi) and the chart was like that of a DDR chart. All in all, not a good combination. I don't know how files are really stepped these days so I can't offer any tips that aren't outdated. PS. moches shut up, this is on topic. It involves vider gumes and stepman |
