| my simfile making tips, good luck with future simfiles you may be working on :) | | Not gonna post on the thread anymore. So rate is on Song Options and if you lower it the song plays slower so it is easier to detect misplaced arrows and if the song goes off sync. Recommend using this technique for your future files. And sorry if I got you confused, if the offset is -0.406 (it cuts out the silence at the beginning of the song) , and if you shift the arrows up (by hitting the Delete key on the keyboard) to the first beat then it should be in perfect sync. May I also tell you that there are also programs out there that detect BPM to music. One of them is Mixmeister BPM Analyzer, sometimes the BPM they detect isn't correct but they are usually close. An example would be if it detected a songs BPM to be 120.02, it would usually be something like 120.00, rounding them to the nearest 0.05's works a lot for me. And for offset detecting a lot of sound editing programs offer that, just open it on the program and see when the sound actually starts. There some of | | Whoa, you made the offset 0.406 not -0.406. Other then that its all good! | | Replied again, and yes you are right that it does take a lot of time to fix these things but I am only trying to help make your file better. | | I tested out your file, see my reply on the thread :) | | First person to post on your wall.
