I've recently bought myself a new bass guitar since I got tired of jammin with my old electric. And now I'm the bass player for my friend's band. Slap bass ftw. Maybe if I remember to come back to this site I'll post a link to one of our songs.

Vista is, as most people know, Microsoft's newest OS, and, to put it simply put it, it sucks. It lags, asks you for things constantly, and uses a lot of RAM. It was installed on my new laptop, but I finally went ahead and 'Upgraded' to XP. Of course this was a *new* laptop, so the drivers were incompatible with XP. 3 weeks and and a many cases of Rockstar later I find I have all the xp drivers and can even surf the internet. Take that Vista!!!!

I finally remembered about this site so I took the liberty of revisiting some old memories. I've stopped programming for now and have instead found a new interest, building computers. My next big project will be building a powerful computer from scratch, using new parts. I've calculated how much it's gonna cost, and is surprisingly much less than purchasing a brand new one with close to the same specs. My computer will have a AMD Athlon x64 dual processor, with both cores clocking at 2.4 GHZ, a NVIDIA Geforce 8800 GTS graphics card (with free copy of Crysis =D),
2 GB of RAM (DDR2) and Windows XP. Suck it vista, your no good until the updates start happening.

I recently saw "28 Weeks Later" and have enjoyed it quite a bit. Whenyou compare "28 days" to weeks you can see the huge difference, not only in how the story unfolds, but the picture quality as well. Days had a very grainy picture, while weeks looks just as new as nay other movie. I liked the grain days mostly because it changed how the film felt, made it a little more gritty and violent for me. One thing that caught me a little off guard was how the infected acted in weeks compared to days. They seemed hell bent on spreading the infection, not just attacking things in a blind "rage". But all in all it was a good film, and I can't wait to see if they make a final movie to end the story arc.
