agreed, this is literally the only thing i could think of, i still cant think of anything else at all that would remotely justify that playcall

why would you EVER consider a fucking passing play there; with the amount of time left + a time out, the ability to take 2nd, 3rd, and 4th downs all with rush attempts is much more feasible and substantially less risky

a pass there risks a potential interception, and well -- look what happened

p.s. I feel absolutely no sympathy for the Pats getting their goddamn asses kicked at the end of the game

Not the best playcall for sure. Not gonna lie, though, I thought the pass play at the end of the first half was nearly as bad of an idea, and they got 7 points out of it. Guess we wouldn't be talking about it the same way if they had scored there, huh? Bad playcall though. Haha.

That shows they have absolutely zero class and can't handle a loss. They represent literally everything wrong with the NFL and today's society.
