UPDATE: October 16th, 2005: We now have a fully functional and growing 3D Virtual World System!
Introducing FurNation Worlds, hosted by Second Life! Our virtual world simulation consists of two islands within the Second Life community system! And we are already planning to add a third island to the group!
FurNation Worlds now has an artist's gallery, sandbox area to build cool stuff, fully functional movie theater that we show the Funday Pawpet show in every Sunday, the famous ClubFur dance club, live music and DJs provided by our affiliate radio station Club69, rental plots to build your own home, and the largest skymall dedicated to furry stuff!
And our fandom is growing! There are already several other island sims in Second Life devoted to furry fandom, such as Lost Furest, Luskwood, The Forest, Prometheus, and more!
We first premiered FurNation Worlds at the Anthrocon Convention this year, and the turnout was amazing! Furry Fandom is now the largest single collective group in Second Life and because of that we were able to get some "special" additions to the Second Life software. Version 1.7 of the client software is due out in a few weeks, and it now includes "furry" specific features, such as movable tails!
Right now joining Second Life is FREE! Since FurNation Worlds is a mature themed island, age verification requires a valid credit card, but all basic accounts are FREE and you will not be charged. Click HERE to go to the main signup page. You can view the system requirments while there, and download the client software.
Once you have an account on Second Life simply use the "FIND" function on your client software to seek out FurNation Worlds or come back here and click the link below to open your client software and instantly log in to our island at the Stargate entry portal.
