Stuff to say:

I rarely get to see rhythm games in an arcade. Though once, on my sister's school trip, in a museum, in the arcade section, there was freakin' Pop'n music! What's better is that it's "free-to-play." Though there was one downside to it. The buttons, you need to push it extra hard to make it work. That's too bad. But it doesn't matter, I got to play Pop'n music before I'm dead. Same with other rhythm games you will never see anymore.

2016/11/05 - Promised to myself to play Touhou all the time. Normally, I used to play like 5-10 times a month.

I seriously, desperately need to get good at Touhou. I've known Touhou, the fan music, fan art, etc. and have been playing since 2014 and I haven't seen any progress of my skill at the games since.

I am kind of ashamed of myself as a Touhou fan, because I'm not that good at the games. Plus, I lack knowledge of all the other games; the story and their characters besides EoSD.

I want to love Touhou more. Touhou is love, Touhou is life.

This is just something random I wanted to share. I am going to put my Touhou progress in here.



2014/??/?? - Knew about Touhou because of osu!. When I was new to osu!, a lot of beatmaps had this "Touhou" word. I was curious and I wanted to know more about this "Touhou." So I looked it up and liked it.

2014/??/?? - Played my first Touhou Game. The first Touhou game for the Windows OS: Touhou Koumakyou ~ the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. The sixth official game in the Touhou Project.

2016/12/31 - The dream! Finally! Now I realize that there's still hope for me in 1cc'ing Touhou games. For now, in the Normal difficulties.

Here<- you can see me dying to Toyosatomimi no Miko with 1 bomb left on her LAST spell card. I wasn't familiar with her last spell card, so I was really nervous and I also expected myself to die on that part. This is the first time for me getting a "near 1cc" in Touhou. Why? Because I don't play full Touhou runs all the time. I mostly just play in Practice Mode for fun and familiarization. Though, I promised myself to play a lot more.

I feel really satisfied and euphoric. For me, this run is considered a 1cc. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll still need to beat her!

It might be because of the tournament songs. Meaning, I got into D4 a loooooong time ago during the 11th Official Tournament.

But it's looking like I ain't no D4. I've gone rusty now. I cannot derust now because I am still busy with school.

Will play sometimes for fun, though. I will start to truly derust and skillboost again after school finishes on March.

Edit: Forget it! I am going to get back to my usual self! Gonna start playing hard again every day! Been motivated!

anyway i am not gonna play rhythm gamr for a while.. sooo tired of them right now... and school is stress!! DAMN i hate school

I signed up the tournament as a D2. I got placed in D2. As sign-ups continued, I went ahead and started training for the tournament and I eventually got promoted to D3 in the process. I was then placed to D3 near the end of the sign-ups.

ROUND 1: Follow You (feat. Danyka Nadeau) (Rhythmics Remix) - The first file of my first tournament. The song and the file was nice. I just hated the trill parts. I get a lot of goods at that part.

ROUND 2: GIN TONIC FLAVOR - I just loved the white arrow section of the file and the song. Really satisfying to play and to hear. The ending parts just screwed my accuracy.

ROUND 3: Funny Funky Freaky - My 3rd least favorite file of the tournament. It's just really hard and a pain to play. I did not FC. But I am glad that I survived this round. I was halfway there until I could reach the yellow. Usually I get placed top 5 or so.

ROUND 4: Heartache - Now this is where it got really interesting for me! Ever since Undertale got released, I've debated whether to go play and get into Undertale or not. But after playing this file, I've decided to start playing it. I am also glad that Heartache is one of the earliest songs you could hear in the game. It's just simply a great song. It's a really great game for a Touhou and Final Fantasy fan like me. I could say for sure that I'm addicted.

Oh, wait. The file? Yeah, the file is really well made. I just like it! It suits my skill level. This is my favorite file of the tournament. It filled me with determination!

ROUND 5: Meteor Lights - My 2nd least favorite file of the tournament. They say that this file is similar to Funny Funky Freaky. I agree, but it's much worse. It's harder and high up above my current skill level.

Hard files aren't really my specialty. I am more of an accuracy player. I just like to enjoy and play along to the music and not tap like hell and tire myself out. I could have tried harder if I liked the music. Look at Heartache for example, I was first place that round. I wish I was playing in past tournaments where I've heard that you had to really AAA to advance.

ROUND 6: Suicide Pact - My least favorite file of the tournament. Okay, I really can't do this file. Trills are my enemies! Death trills! Eliminate! Had a good tournmament, thank you! I am just glad I got the prizes. My first tournament is definitely crazy and interesting.

Okay, I got eliminated at round 6. I could say that school ruined the tournament for me.
