God, no. I work for a review site and that was the first game they gave me to review and I didn't even make it past the crappy second stage and holy God that game is so bad. So bad.

If I recall correctly from an issue of GamePro, it stands for Murder Death Kill.

And the game in the screenshot looks like Robotron 64 to me.
