Australia is 100-110km (sometimes 120 but not sure if they still exist, that was 10 years ago). There are roads in the Northern Territory where there aren't speed limits at all (sometimes not even roads).

Also, what is up with america having relaxed as **** drink driving laws in some states? 0.05 across the board here, wife tells me some states over there are 0.08/9 :I

0.08% BAC is national law I believe, some states have stricter though.

I wish that national law of drinking was made stricter in the US to prevent more people from getting hurt/dying from stupid drunk drivers. I have a aunt who RECENTLY got into a wreck because of a drunk driver and now she is fuccen paralyzed for life.

Seriously...**** drunk drivers.

We don't have relaxed laws regarding drunk driving, not in our state anyway. The .08 BAC level is the legal drunk limit, but if you're driving erratic enough, you can get a DUI at a BAC as low as .00 (no joke, that actually happened in Chicago).

I just mean that a BAC of 0.7 here would mean your car is left on the side of the road, you'd be taken to the station for fingerprinting and a more official test. 3 0.05+ readings in a year is jail time...

It's not just the fact that our laws aren't strict, it's the general attitude people have when considering these actions that make them do these things in the first place. Can't really do anything about it unless you change the culture of the people, which is almost impossible at this point. The best you can do is avoid the problems in the first place and do your best to not get in any problems.

I know; no risk, no fun. Too bad that that's the best solution for now.

People overreact too much.. 134 kph is roughly 82 mph. Where I live and the roads I take 80 is the constant speed everyone drives. Hell I've been a situation where I was going 259 kph which is 160 and it was not for racing I mind you. My house was on fire and I got a call about it. Yet I still obey'd the law when I was in the city or towns. People do stupid shit daily that handles others lives. He learned his lesson. Don't make this any longer than it should be.
