I don't know if I should be happy or sad that I'm in d4 again. Everybody I was scared of last year moved to d5. I don't know who's good any more.

EDIT: Psych! Still plenty of people who dunked on me last time.

A typical psychological case of, "it's too hard for me therefore the file is garbage". People enjoy playing files of their comfort zone and/or skill caliber—when it gets to the more intense end of the spectrum, people begin to question and think otherwise when they start to have trouble. Objectively, there is -nothing- wrong with the simfiles themselves, but said persons refuse to acknowledge the fact that they are well made on the pure basis that it is too difficult for them, therefore shun the effort the simfile authors put into making the files difficult but worth playing. If files didn't aim for the higher end of the difficulty spectrum in the first place, frankly, a majority of the files in FFR would become monotonous and boring, especially to those seeking for much more of a challenge in the hopes to improve one's skill. In short, your opinion on files that are 64+, ultimately, are only applicable to you yourself or others with the same mentality and do not affect or represent the community's mindset. In other words...

As someone who can easily enjoy playing charts up to and including the old 13 difficulty range, I think I can say I disagree with this for a lot of the hard simfiles in FFR...

So what exactly do you find objectively wrong with the harder charts then?

Same, haha. I don't get the hate behind that and Camel - they're both really fun.

doesn't really matter how good you are. when GD uses the word "objectively," that basically throws any concerns other than sync out the window. any file you dislike might still be fun for some other people.

Reuben :3 Now I get to lose to someone I know!

My Goal for D5: Top 55 65 70. Wow there's a lot of people in D5. Anyway, if I can just beat like _5_ people, then :3

Edit: Nice to see MaxGhost in D4 now too. He would've MOLESTED D3, no offense to D3ers.
