There is no "best" way to dl maps, and I wouldn't recommend packs since a lot of them (or at least the older ones) could contain outdated maps. So you'll really just have to find songs you like. =S

For a good chunk of the maps, as scarlet said, most of the early maps are crap, i would recommend packs 100+
