Tell v3 Token Problem

Paid for it a day or two ago along with the second support token and I got the second one instantly but still have yet to recieve the third support token. The payments both show up on my card statement so I would like to have Tell v3 and if you want to see my statement I'll post an SS if you require one.

yea that happened when the Tell V3 token was first released. A few people bought it but didn't receive it.
I thought Tass took care of it >_>
