Song intros coming at ridiculous speeds

At the beginning of two songs for me (MASCARADA and Autumn Insomnia Session) the first two notes come in three times faster and are off sync with the rest of the song which stays normal.
this is also a recent thing since a week ago both songs were working just fine

not currently, no.

Yes there is. Set the global offset to 100. The song will be offsync, but the arrows will come at the right speed.

Edit: or change the fps to 30 and then it doesn't happen.
