Sign-ups
First of all, in order to participate in this tournament, you need to be participating in the official tournament. (Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, please PM me).

You may sign up at any time as long as you have your scores in on time for every round (which means to have your scores record to the official dash if you have not been eliminated yet and to start submitting scores for this tournament via screenshot submission once you have been eliminated). Once you say you are "in" for this tournament, I will start keeping track of your cumulative scores along with everyone else in the tournament regardless if you have been eliminated yet.

Exception: The only exception is if you plan to ghost a division. If you want to ghost a division, you must sign-up and submit a score before the end of round 1. Also, if you are division N, you may only ghost division N-1 and/or N+1.

This means you can start submitting your ghosted scores now if you wish (^)>

Signups and round one scores for ghosting a division end at the same time as the ending of round one of the official (October 31st 2013, 10:59pm Server Time)

Yup, that's perfectly fine! The OP states you can ghost either the division above or below you (or both)
