The Planetside Topic
Well I don't have Planetside yet.... but it looks like a very fun game to have and stuff. For people who don't know Planetside is the first of its kind being a MMOFPS which is a massivly multiplayer online first person shooter where you play in one world with thousands of other players in one of three factions. There's no NPC (non playable characters) so if you see anything that moves around, its another person playing the game. So anyways how many people have this game, and do they think its fun or not? I don't care if it's pay to play either.

Ok that looks like a pretty cool game, I never would have guessed it would be a half-life mod either, but im afraid Planetside still looks better just because of the fact its a MMOFPS.

Tribes2 isn't MMO, but I do see a huge resemblence. I mean, same concept. Get the game's demo--if you get kicked from a server, you can go right back in with a different name.

yay, i played planetside! Its was only the trial though (same game just for 7 days) but it was fun. Although it was laggy cause of my stupid annoying outdated computer (i got it 2 years ago). The battles are huge cause their are usually about 100 people fighting over one little base/tower/or anything that has any signifanct importance. I thought the game is very awesome and probably would never get bored of you just have to have a good enough computer so im going to get it soon.

**Drooling** i want that game...but my computer SUCKS. I love FPS and the only online FPS i have played is RTCW (i started when it was still a demo...too many noobs, who think they are the best, play now) and SOF2. So im really looking forward to play Planetside cause it can support sooooooo many people at once. JOY
