If you're curious, it's 118 BPM and thus, it's either a very high 9 or a very low 10.

It would be a few rounds in for D2 most likely, or possibly the very first round for D3, but that's not going to happen.
The other possibility is for it to be a D1 tiebreaker.

I like calling them "abstract" files more than "dumps". A dump would be Crowdpleaser on FFR because not only are the 64th parts misstepped, they also make ass difficulty spikes and a file you never want to play again.

Energizer was a really unfortunate case for Arch0wl, haha. I really liked it and used it for my first tournament, but it wasn't something that would be put on the actual game.

Well part of the point is that you're supposed to wreck the first rounds too if you want to win. If you only wreck about half of it, but GOT wrecked in the other half, isn't it fair you lost? lol

Ever since my first two Brutality Tournaments, cumulative scoring has been a concern to me with my files haha. hi19's custom tournament won't take files to that extent of difficulty, but it definitely puts more emphasis on the last few rounds.

I can understand this sentiment.
If I ever run another one I will make the signup period at least a week shorter.

This *is* my first tournament I've ever run, remember. I am still learning.
