The other ones on the list are pretty much always there though. Torinouta sometimes shows up as #9 or 10... but yes this is rare.

One of the main reasons Tourinouta is in the tops is because it has to be passed to get a skill token. Just imagine the less skilled players who are skill token freaks that will try this song over and over.
