I like how we all picked examples in which our team of choice was involved. Probably because we were all riveted to the screen as it happened, but there you go.

In my case, I remember being at a graduation party (as a junior--get at me) and everyone was crowding around this one tiny set.

For me it was 2008, San Jose @ Dallas Quad OT.. lost that game and cost us the playoffs but that was by far the longest game I had ever watched..

That was the gayest penalty against the Rangers I have ever seen, bitch ass dropped his stick and they called a penalty, what a douche. Capitals are so gay

Also, same thing happened to the Rangers 5 minuets earlier, and they called no penalty.

There seems to be a distinct lack of commentary this second round.
Then again, seeing as most of our teams are gone.. I can see why.

I try to comment where I can, but there's nothing outrageous like the Pittsburgh series, so...

And the upsets, while still upsets, aren't very surprising. LA being three games up on a top seed isn't new. They did it like a week ago :P And no one ever doubted NJ was a great team that could go toe to toe with Philly.

The Phoenix series is a bit surprising, but everyone secretly (or not-secretly) wants to see them win. We just don't have as much to complain about this round :P

And in a VERY surprising upset, the Los Angeles Kings SWEEP the 2nd ranked St. Louis Blues to reach the Western Conference Final!
The record for picks is: 7-15! Seems some of us were smart to believe that LA ousting Vancouver wasn't a fluke.

after watching the Kings, they can very well be the next Stanley Cup winners. As some of us may not want them too be, they have a very good chance.
