Default Getting back into shape with DDR

So after finishing college, I find myself about 20 pounds overweight, so I'm going to work off the weight using DDR. So far I haven't lost any weight, but I managed to pass Max 300 again on my pad at home (doesn't judge as harshly as public machines). I managed a score of 406-97-6-8-38. My goal within a week is to get it under twenty misses.

Has anyone else used DDR to lose weight, or might in the near future?

Yes, when I was younger, about 13 or so, I used to wear "husky" sized jeans, so yes I was fat for my age. Size 32 waist in middle school. I played DDR for many years during that time, and over time I lost weight. So yes, it does work obviously. Although if you're going to do something like this, I would suggest playing at least an hour a day, and you must keep a good diet, otherwise it's pointless.

Hell yeah I do c: Look at the vid in my rt~
Uhhm when I played it like DAILY, back in 8th grade I lost 18 pounds in a year I think.
I just started again this year and so far it went from 167.7 to 156.2. I'm not on a strict diet or anything either, I just eat whatever the hell I want but in good portions. oo i want cookies. -w- But yes stick with it, play at home and in arcades.

Yea, I'll play at least seven hours a week, maybe not every day (because of work). I just ordered two new DDR games for the xbox 360.

I played a lot of DDR at a local arcade while also playing ice hockey. I was in the best shape of my life.
