If one of your accounts get banned does it ban ur ip address?

No, but ban evading will get you an IP ban.
I presume that you are currently ban evading, so enjoy your future ban on that account and an extended ban on the account that is already banned. |

Even if you are IP banned, can always change your IP adress to something else. At least I can do so with my ISP. Had to use that tactic once on certain site and worked perfectly even though I was IP banned heh. No need for proxies or anything. ;p Just different account and don't be stupid by revealing your old identity.

No. If you are banned, your IP will not be banned. We can, however, ban your IP.
