i am thinking of killing myself with a ton of different medications.
i dont want to tell my parents because i dont want to feel the pain of seeing them deal with my shit anymore

panic attacks are the scariest thing i've ever felt in my life. don't like talking about it much, but after reading a lot of these threads, just know that i know what it's like and still have panic attacks sometimes that i can't do anything about.
however, that's life. how we get past it and grow together is what makes us human. if you need people for comfort we're always here; don't ever think you're annoying us with these threads. we care about your well being and will do what we can to support you. hope you hang in there man.
