Just make sure you finish one set of jacks before moving on to the others and try putting more emphasis on the hands than on the jumps in that one part. You can also think of it as a jump chain, but instead of using jumps to alternate between singleton notes, you have hands to alternate between different sets of jumps; so using the same emphasis patterns and train of thought that you would use for jump chains might work there.

Well, that is very similar to my advice for you: stop thinking of them as jacks. If the bpm was doubled, it wouldn't change anything but the color of the arrows... but it changes how you think about it. If you stop going "oh I'm bad at jacks" and just think of them as fast jump chains like in a file such as Need Me, it will help your PA.

Also, not sure if you do this, but play with your wrists in the air, it helps for wristjacking SO much (if you are vibrating this file this then idk how to help >_<)

My only other tip is to play some classic wristjacking files on Stepmania. Whore something like Maid of Fire a dozen times and FFR seems like a joke when you come back to it.
