Subscribe to E-mail Notifications when "Registration Open" Tournaments are Created

Dear FFR Community,

Good afternoon. I’m your 10th Official FFR Tournament D1 3rd place winner, and I was wanting to know if my idea would be a good idea or if it has been created already. I thought it would be nice if we could create an e-mail mailing list that notifies anyone subscribed to it when “Registration Open” tournaments are created in the forums! It would make finding new tournaments and competitions much more efficient and it would stream-line the process. To start off, maybe we could start a google spreadsheet where anyone can type their FFR username with their e-mail address to sign up for the newly-created mailing list. So what do you say?

You can subscribe to receive weekly e-mail notifications by navigating to the Tournaments sub-forum, selecting "Forum Tools" and clicking "Subscribe to This Forum". New tournaments leave registration open for at least a week (and are displayed on the front page sidebar), so you will have plenty of time to register.
