Mythbusters! I love Mythbusters, especially that episode with the Pop Rocks and the pig's stomach (or was it intestines, my memory's horrible) a bit gross, but pretty interesting.

I saw'd this episode where they were attempting to bypass actual real security systems. After it finished, I was like "Well, now crime rates are gonna go up by 10% because of this..."
