Default A great stretch for RSI treatment/prevention

As a man with RSI myself I found this stretch very helpful. You press your upper most hand joints with your other hand and if you are doing it correctly you should feel stretching in knuckles and metacarpals. Hold that for about 10 minutes and you should feel great (not permanent tho, you still have to take breaks lol)

Dr. Levi (https://www.youtube.com/user/drlevifitness) has a lot of stretches and such.
Use some myself sometimes if i feel stiff or have lesser pain.

Hell yeah came here to recommend one of his vids. It helped me a lot when I was having RSI problems from too much SSBM
