With the other thread dead now, I took it upon myself to make a v3 thread, just to give the judges less critiquing and more of fine-tuning a file.

Not sure who's active anymore, so post your information (AIM,MSN, Email etc.) so I have a good idea of who's available for this. I'd copy and paste the other thread but like I said, no idea who's active.

An idea I had would be to use Jx's point system in the Queue thread.

[How to get Simfile Artist Points]

Having a file (or more) in the game or queue -> +10
Getting 18/20 or more points in a file (11/27/2010 batch or later) -> +2
Getting 17/20 or fewer points in a file, which is accepted (11/27/2010 batch or later) -> +1

* collaboration files won't add points for you, but when you submit a collaboration file it's counted as 0.5 submission for each stepper.

[Bonus/Penalty] (on 4 judges/team system)

Getting 20/20 in a file -> bonus +1
Getting ++ from 2 judges -> bonus +2
Getting ++ from 3 judges -> bonus +5
Getting ++ from 4 judges -> bonus +10
Getting 4/20 in a file -> penalty -1
Getting -- from 2 judges -> penalty -2
Getting -- from 3 judges -> penalty -5
Getting -- from 4 judges -> penalty -10
Submitting more files than the cap intentionally with alt account -> penalty -3
Apparently stealing steps from other simfiles -> penalty -10

ex) A file got (++, ++, +, +), then +2 for 18/20 or more, +1 bonus for 20/20, +2 bonus for got ++ from 2 judges. Total +5pts.

Figure it out yourself. I'll be using this instead of LONEvvolf's color key. I'll still be using his boarder key though, and I'll try to make it more visual and less of an eyestrain.

Get crackin' so I can update this.

Though I will rarely be able to judge a file the second you send it; especially over msn. I have a book store to manage and it takes up most of my times.

So... This thread lives? I thought of making a "MARIONINTENDO WILL REVIEW YOUR FILES LOL" thread, but I thought posting in this thread would have been more appropriate.

I just came in to say that whenever you feel like having someone (who sucks at this game so he'll be able to give you a unique point of view lol!) review your file, I'm your man.

You can always hit me up on AIM and stuff, but I'll give you my username after receiving a PM or comment first, just for the sake of keeping things simpler. Happy stepping!

I'm always willing to look at someone's files for them also, although, I don't have any simfile points.

Is this for FFR batches strictly or can I casually playtest files on SM in between work?

If It's batch keep me out cause I have learning to do yet, otherwise if it's simple all around playtesting
