Before I even start writing up my reviews, I'm gonna point out that I can't download the following charts because the files are gone: (I don't know why you didn't attach right in the e-mail, but if you can, that would ensure that the files never go missing)

(Yume) Altale, Alicemagic ~TV Animation Ver.~
(Yume) Hanairo Biyori, Lambda Driver, Neurotoxin

Glad to see a lot of new names. I'm excited to see what newcomers/unknown people are capable of nowadays.

Review time. Let's get caught up.

Kissing the Shadows (Baq12) - Fun, solid. Only complaint is that some of the holds feel a little bit weird, but it's a minor issue. Accepted

Unknown Soldier (Baq12) - Already insanely fun as it is. Personally, I would've pushed it even further with ::~ART~:: techniques but this is great right now. Accepted

Fallin Love (MrTea) - Hooooo boy this is pretty sweet. I love the hold usage and directional flow. Normally I find mirror syndrome to be kinda cheesy, but here it's not bad. Polyrhythms might be slightly sloppy but I think you did close to the best you can do with them. Nicely done. Accepted

Hui, Pizda, Govno! (dashit93) - Sigh not a fan of Reizoko Cj personally, but let's see. Okay this is one of his better tracks. Chart is pretty much spot on, I can't really complain about anything in particular. It's got a couple of cool nuances and it's well-rounded. Accepted

Electroman Adventures (Mitchell Oriente??) - Clearly, I can tell two things about you: you haven't had much experience making charts, but you've definitely played a couple of the modern packs and they have some influence on you. You have the right "feel" for making these charts, but what makes your charts far away from being accepted in packs like these is technical aspects and attention to detail. If you start from scratch and do basically the same thing but on an almost OCD-level of planning and playtesting, you'll see incredible improvement in your work. Consider the music structure and layer according to that, consider pitch relevance and place notes in that context, and while doing all of it, keep your ideas consistent. Whether or not you'll be a successful chart artist here will depend on you honing your technical abilities. For the "first chart you've ever completed" that's pretty good (too bad it's not actually completed xD). Rejected

Spinal Fluid Explosion Girl (wc) - Only complaint is that I would like to see some sort of technique used to highlight sharp transitions between light and heavy vocoder effects, especially in fills. Aside from that it's good. Accepted

Altale (Yume) - Overall really intense and fun, but I have a couple of technical nitpicks that are somewhat significant.
Pattern usage could really be improved in some sections, most notably (but not limited to) at m10, where the 41 64th flam is used 4 times in a row for 4 different chords. The flam idea is brilliant because it adds directional flavor to an otherwise bland pattern choice, but if you don't vary up your patterns and crucial points in the song it kind of defeats the purpose of the whole technique.
The section starting m32 I don't know what the miniholds are going to. At first I thought it was the kick drum, but I don't know why it started in the middle. Then I thought it was cymbal crashes but I didn't hear any on most of them. There are also a lot of ratchets here that could add a lot of textural contrast to your notes if you added holds on them.
Starting the middle of m43, I don't know what the doubles are following. At first they seem to go solidly to the percussion, but as you plugged in more and more, the layering scheme became unclear and the doubles start to feel "soft" and make less of an impact.
Those are the main criticisms. Fix these things and it should be good to go. Pending

The Swifty (rog) - m120 beat 2.5 you're missing a note. Around m136 you missed a couple more notes in the solo, which isn't a bad thing if that's what you're going for, but I'm pointing it out in case it's not what you intended. Otherwise this is really fun and groovy. Accepted

Kreuz (Yume) - Damn, you're really going the hard route on this one. Personally I would like to see this one cleaned up a bit. There's a lot of inconsistencies in layering and often times the difficulty spikes would just hit you outta nowhere. Some sections are really fun though, my favorite probably the one being from m44-52. If you want a more detailed review on this one just say so. Pending

Nightfall (Yume) - Really good. Only complaint is that it feels like you're overdoing the flams a bit on this one. As much as I love those flams this is a bit much. And the reason why I specifically used the words "feels like" is because you can possibly fix this mistake by changing up the patterns rather than taking them out entirely. Focus on directional control and remember that two-handed flams don't feel as much like flams as one-handed flams do. Don't be afraid to use a lot of two-handed flams. Pending

Amatias (Ghakimx) - yeah it's fine accepted

Metsu Seisyoku Sequens Aria (Yume) - While I love certain parts of this, most notably the fill and the guitar solo, I feel that on the whole it's a bit too bland. Though I'm sure it can be improved, I don't know if it'll be good enough. This is somewhat heavy of a personal opinion though, so I'll leave it to other judges to decide on this one. Pending

Cedar Shed (I forget) - I can't seem to play this one probably because of rolls. However, skimming through it, it seems like it's made a lot more interesting since the last time I tried it. I'll defer this to other judges until I can play this. Pending

Shippu Jinrai (Pompompulin) - Holy this the xmod is brutal. Looks fine to me. Accepted

As usual, if I forgot anything, let me know.

Reviewing those charts by Yume that were resent.

I noticed that I did in fact have Altale, because I didn't notice I downloaded the v2. Reviewing everything else.

Alicemagic (Yume) - Nothing bad to really say about it. I think it's fine. Accepted

Hanairo Biyori (Yume) - Ehhh, not liking some of the patterns and it feels a bit too old-school, which isn't a bad thing but I just don't think it's all that fun. Pending

Lambda Driver (Yume) - Patterns are bland and uninteresting, there are huge difficulty spikes in the beginning and ending, and a lot of odd parts of the chart that seem like technical errors. Rejected

Neurotoxin (Yume) - This is probably your cleanest chart. Nicely done. Accepted

I've changed patterns for "Nightfall." I've also switched banner and the background so please check those out as well. As for other simfiles, I would like to take time fixing them while reading over other reviews.

Uh and dashoe93, was there any change in the comments or verdict on the Altale Version 2 that I gave a fix?

Sorry about the bump, but I did something really dumb and lost my v1 of Cedar Shed, and I feel like I should be working on fixing that one instead of the one with the rolls. So if a judge still has my old version could I get that back?
