The 6key FFR Tournament!

Are you bored of the old 4-key FFR? Or do you want to try something new and challenging? This tournament is perfect for you! Thanks to stargroup and bLasTamos, we now have access to a version of FFR with 6 keys! So here is a competition to see who is better at it.

There is going to be 3 divisions: Beginner, Advanced and Solord. You pick your own division, but I have the final say to where you are going. So no, Nekogon, you aren't going in Beginner. Note also that higher divisions will have bigger prizes.

Divisions:

Beginner – 1-20
Advanced – 20-35
Solord – 30-∞

The difficulties might change a bit if I see a division has an easy/hard time with them.

Tournament format:

The tournament is going to be elimination-type based on dp score. Perfects are +4 points each, goods are +3 points each, averages give +1 point at all, boos are -1 point each and misses are -4 points each. (Note that the exact system might change until the start of the tournament). Only a certain number of players will get to the next round. As an exemple, let's say there is five person remaining, three go to the next round and these are the scores submitted for a 100 notes song:

Player 1 (AAA) (Means a perfect score) [100×4=400]
Player 2 (1) (Means all perfects but one good) [99×4+1×3=399]
Player 3 (2-3-1-4) (Means all perfects but 2 goods, 3 averages, 1 miss and 4 boos) [94×4+2×3+3×1-1×4-4×1=379]
----------------------------------- (those below that line of death are in danger of elimination)
Player 4 (6-2-0-16)(Means all perfects but 6 goods, 2 averages, no misses, 16 boos)[92×4+6×3+2×1-16×1=372]
Player 5 (He submitted no score, which gives him a total score of negative infinity) [-∞]

In this case, Players 4 and 5 wouldn't make it to the next round since they have the lowest dp score.

Rounds:

There is going to be 8 rounds, each of 4 days. If there is ties, there will be a tiebreaker for an added 2 days.

Score Submission:

To submit a score, you must take a screenshot of your score in the thread. Scores must be achieved after the round started. Old scores aren't accepted. I won't accept any score submitted via PM. You may post multiple scores, but only the last one will be used as your final score. Also, please try not to post 30 scores for the same round, for my sanity. In your screenshot, you must include your FFR username and FFR user count like the following. Also, the username and user count must not be painted or photoshopped to the photo but taken at the same time.

Some simple rules:

- Don't cheat. If I ever catch you cheating, I will be really angry. You don't want to see me angry.
- You must enter with your principal account. If you have other accounts you play on, please let me know.
- If you have any questions, complaints, comments, issues, problems or interrogations, please ask so in the thread if it might be pertinent to others, or by IM or PM if it is more personal (contact info on profile).
- Most importantly, have fun!

Prizes:

The section you were all waiting for. This prize list is far from being definitive. Depending on the number of entrants, there might be more or less winners. Also, donations of any kind would be highly appreciated. If you donate, make sure to send me a PM so I notice you did. PS: Prizes will go up slightly once donations will be applied.

Updated placements. Like stargroup said, Beginner is mostly for people who has nearly no FFR experience and no 6-key experience. If you feel like changing divisions, simply post again and I'll update your placement. I might some people in higher divisions once sign-ups will finish.

I also put the link to the 6-key client on the first post. It totally slipped my mind to put it there.

Also, those rules aren't set in stone. If you want to suggest a suggestion or something, feel free to say so in the thread or via PM if you are shy. For the difficulties, I'll have to adapt as the tournament goes by. Since it is the first tournament of this kind, I can't say how people will perform.
