I say if you're gonna be missing two phases, probably not unless you don't mind getting replaced immediately afterwords, lmao

I'm going to start it at noon server nearest to the day it fills, meaning if it hasn't filled by noon tomorrow, just In and it'll likely start Monday. It'll probably be fine if you just miss that day, as long as you can put time in on the following days.

Re: Turbo XIX: When Xiz Gets Flipped - Signups
This werewolf game is like town of salem right? I may like to try but I do not really get the rules. Sorry if this is not the right place to ask.

you'll be town or mafia in this case (sometimes more complicated but that's it for this setup) if mafia, kill town until you outnumber them. if town, lynch the mafia. you vote using [twgv] tags (so like this: [twgv]vote person here[./twgv]) without the dot for more detailed rules go here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...d.php?t=144207 if you have any other questions feel free

Re: Turbo XIX: When Xiz Gets Flipped - Signups
Thank you AragakiAyase.
I am wondering, what is a cardflip and woofchat? Replacing out? In the town of salem you vote people up to trial and then vote innocent or guilty. If there is no more time then nobody gets hanged. I am not sure how you have two people in a tie for the knife in the box. |

Re: Turbo XIX: When Xiz Gets Flipped - Signups
From what I've observed. TWG/Mafia is also ToS.
Except I believe ToS is strict to only be super short phases. Regular TWG/Mafia are generally around the 24+ hour mark. Shortened games can exist though (Like this setup), but most never go to the same short length as ToS does (unless we count the site, Epic Mafia, lol). If you're familiar with how roles function in ToS, then you shouldn't have too much of a problem integrating here. Except now you'll deal with analytical posts* (NOTE: SUBJECTIVE AS FUCK) and teams that can think and logic through things if necessary. It certainly won't be like the cowboy style of gameplay ToS has where you only have X amount of seconds to BS something if you're anti-town or come up with a conclusion. It's why I think ToS is riddled with a whole lot of wacky roles since the game itself knows players can only judge by night actions rather than day actions, which regular TWG/Mafia prides itself in. |

Short answer, if you're prepared for a mental game that can be rewarding, give it a go!

So cardflip is when the host/game tells you what that person was. So, in example of yours. If the person was hanged, the game would say "X is role" It's the same way here. Wolf chat is night chat in ToS if you're Mafia. Finally Lynches work a bit different here, and the style of FFRTWG goes for always has been that the person with the most vote will always get lynched. Once again, there can be some games where that's not the case and it acts exactly like ToS where an Insta MUST occur, but that has never happened on FFRTWG. |

Re: Turbo XIX: When Xiz Gets Flipped - Signups
Replacing out is exactly what it sounds like too.
If the player has not posted, or barely has posted. The host can deem it necessary to switch one player with another, giving them the same exact role the previous player had (and the consequences). A replace can also occur if the player has something spring up and they message the host directly through PM's. KitB is a mechanic in TWG/Mafia in which if there are two (or more) players with the same number of votes, a coin flip will occur to decide who gets lynched.

Re: Turbo XIX: When Xiz Gets Flipped - Signups
Thank you too Charu.
I do not really like in town of salem that there is not always enough time to get people to listen when I have information from the night. But I think it would be hard to be a good mafia if there is more time. What are the day time actions in the werewolf game? Does it say somewhere what the roles do or do I just play them to find out? |

See, there's mechanics (night actions) we sprout, and then there's just good ol' fashion figuring out who's spewing random shit and trying to pick fights out of nowhere (and with ill intentions). It's one of those, you have to play to get a feel of it, things. |
