[TWG]Obvious Rule from now on so stop whining

A) The rule was no TWG player can be in a jTWG.. so by the law of reflexive properties a person in a jTWG that joins a TWG would then be a TWG player in a jTWG and that is not allowed... so from now on that's the rule. Live with it.

B) we need a TWG forum.. CT has all but been taken over :/
