Frozen Bond Skill Token

I was browsing the list just now and saw this requirement to get Frozen Bond:

Get at least 2 average-misses on Improvisation et Chien while keeping your averages, boos, and misses all the same number and pass it to unlock Frozen Bond.

Since it's not possible to get an average-miss anymore, is this going to be changed, or just left there (letting the people who've done it feel awesome about themselves)?

Tass said its staying. 2 averages, 2 misses, 2 boos, tricky but not impossible
