Re: Mass Effect 3
I resisted voicing for many posts now what my thoughts on the ending are.
It was completely meh. Felt as if the endings themselves were a complete write-off, more or less. Everything leading up to it though felt (mostly) satisfying. And that's all I have to say about it. |

Re: Mass Effect 3
Welp. If people hadn't actually given their complaints form I might have continued not caring, but now the ending irks me intensely. Still not the worst ending they could've accomplished, but now I see pretty well how much they dropped the ball :/

Re: Mass Effect 3
If you rightclick in the Galaxy Map, it checks if there's anything there before you go to the planet. Also the percentages will tell you how many there are per system, if you know basic math lol. There's a few systems without anything in them though, but most of them have stuff.

Re: Mass Effect 3
That's good news, but it's not confirmed that's what they'll do. I'm just gonna wait for more details.

Re: Mass Effect 3
What? They confirmed that they're doing something to provide extra closure.

Re: Mass Effect 3
I have yet to beat the game, but the only ending I can think of that would be bad would be if nothing resolves.

Re: Mass Effect 3
That's pretty much what happens. No proper closure for any of the characters, and the ending is just poorly written.

Re: Mass Effect 3
On another note, watching some of the people in multiplayer is just painful. Seeing things like an Asari Vanguard charging 4 Geth Pyros on a regular basis hurts me on the inside. I was actually in a game the other day with one of my friends, I was like a 12 Salarian Engineer and he was a 6 Human Soldier and there was a vanguard (I think lvl 18) and infiltrator (I think ~15 Quarian) on our team. The match was Silver with Reapers on Reactor (random'd of course), and the scores were like me with 50k, my friend with 40k, the vanguard with 20k, and the infiltrator with 10k. We lost because we couldn't carry the two of them. It was an odd mix of hilarious and terrifying that they were outperformed by a level 6 soldier that badly lol.

Re: Mass Effect 3
This actually works in their favor because now people will replay the game and probably get more people to buy it. At least I'll probably replay it.

Re: Mass Effect 3
Same. It was definitely a good game, the ending just made me really mad.
