Re: FFRmas Day 1
The bursts are the only other hard part of the song. Even though there's a lot of them, only a few of them really felt like an FMO. Just my opinion.

Re: FFRmas Day 1
But since we rate in terms of AAA difficulty it's really easy to drop in certain places, especially when there's a lot of bursts in quick succession. I think 73-74 fits better

Re: FFRmas Day 1
I had 74 initially but figured people would whine about that being far too high (prior to Dossar's frame fixes it was even messier and imo 75+ to AAA)
When more scoring data comes in, I may change the rating. Currently what's on the scoreboard doesn't provide justification for dropping the rating with all the top scores being from D6/D7. If many D5 players start AAA'ing or BF'ing, I'll consider dropping it but I find that somewhat unlikely with all the shit you can flub goods on. Alternatively if smartdad shows up pls pick a number out of your ass and we'll use that. Last edited by One Winged Angel; 12-14-2015 at 06:11 PM.. |

Re: FFRmas Day 2
The ending of Dandelion Sparkle!! was definitely something. I'm not sure if I'm just tired, but 66+ is definitely justified.

Re: FFRmas Day 2
i was gonna write pretty much this exact comment. Being mid D5, that ending felt around a 70. IMO I don't think this song should be any lower than a 68

Re: FFRmas Day 2
I personally thought 67 when I played it. Most of the file is pretty tame, it's that ending that really gets you.

Re: FFRmas Day 2
ok warmed up a bit and was able to get 7-0-0-0 lol guess my hands were just cold but I still think 68 would be appropriate. guess we'll just see what other people are able to score on it

Re: FFRmas Day 2
66 does feel a bit low, 67-68 seem about right. It's pretty easy to drop goods on the gallop jump section and the triplets into hands (especially at the end) can get nasty.

Re: FFRmas Day 2
sure, if someone came up to me and said "i wanna be in D5, look, i AAA'd dandelion sparkle with all the exclamation marks and everything!" i'd be ok with that :P
67-68 sounds about right imo. i did like how it changes from swing to jumpstreams towards the ending. that was pretty fun. had to play through it twice to get the patterns down. edit: i used treasure planet and eternal drain as references.

Re: FFRmas Day 3
lol
would have expected at least someone to play it that wouldn't be able to AAA it before I AAA'd it. Last edited by gold stinger; 12-16-2015 at 08:06 AM.. |

Re: FFRmas Day 3
How the fuck is this a 76
????????? Like literally at least 5 points misrated lol Anyway my feedback for Nathan is the same as from before: Cool song, great file But your layering is weak, your bloodline is weak, and when it comes time for the final showdown of overlayering and jumpstream, the forces of Corn and Icyworld will show no mercy

Re: FFRmas Day 3
solution - revert back to 13 point scale
hi19 thinks its a 71, others are saying its too easy, it's most certainly not a FGO and most certainly not a VC if we call this an 11, everyone's happy |

Re: FFRmas Day 3
solo is a battle of consistency
intro is sped up triplets (1-2-3) ending is nerves but that shouldn't be considered in difficulty D6 AAAs + 2 D7 AAAs Final Verdict: 72-73 optional: 74 because chart was probably much worse before frame fixes in terms of solid PA'ing on
