Can anyone recommend me a good weight gainer that doesn't have creatine in it?

I've heard/read that 6-8 hours is best. I usually get 5.5-6 hours a night. But now that I dropped my program in college I can get any amount of sleep I'd like since I work at night. No soda's will suck, I love pop. One other problem is I love eating nachos. The issue is that to eat nachos I need to eat a lot of high carb and salty tortilla chips. Considering I eat it once or twice a day I'm assuming I'll have to almost stop eating them.

I don't mind doing the work out every day. I only did the first half of the first disk yesterday because it was my first time working out in a looooong time. I could barely do push ups by the end of the exercise, I began to have a headache and felt like throwing up.

http://www.allstarhealth.com/f/unive...real_gains.htm Got the MCTs and other healthy fats, good carb sources unlike most where they just drop sugar in it...

If you want to make a change (and be happy with who you are) gotta drop the unhealthy shit, so no nachos.

Drop the nachos first. Work on weening yourself off soda, take a week, by the second week drop em fully.

Gotta sleep, if you don't sleep enough your body won't recover.

I could go without soda no problem. If I don't buy it, I won't drink it. That simple. Nacho's will be more difficult aha. I just bought 3 cans of salsa on sale LOL. I could just finish those and then stop.

It's up to you, but it's all about how bad you want it. If you'd rather have the nachos than the weight loss...

It's the fact I'm a college student and don't want to just throw away money.

basically i take the time to thoroughly enjoy my warmups+stretches, abs, then cooldown+stretches (w workout obv in between). the gym gives me peace of mind and a nice little window of solitude so i take full advantage of that.

MEDITAAAAAATION MON
