how do i AAA the past?

how can i avoid that one step that always results in a bf? i never get it in the jumps, its always on the quarter note section.

Practice, patience, maybe save a replay so that you can watch it and pause it at that spot and analyze it more? Pretty hard to answer this kind of question with literally no info
