Yeah tourneys are painful and boring. Especially the massive ones. Play to win and get bb'd out of the tourney most of the time. I know personally I always leave tourneys feeling unsatisfied if I do anything other than win. If I ever play poker for a living or as a side job, tourneys would be a "special thing" and cash games would be my job. My mindset is better for cash game play and it is more flexible with playing style. |
