17th Official Tournament Bounty Batch

Hello FFR! It's no secret that in the past, it hasn't always been easy for us to get a complete roster of files for the Official Tournament. Such problems have generally been resolved through back channels, but that's weird and opaque, and we don't want to do it anymore. So, in the interest of transparency, we're letting you know exactly the ranges we need files for--and we're rewarding you handsomely for submitting them!

Rules
This batch runs alongside the regular 17th Official Tournament Batch, but there are some key differences:
* Unlike the main OT batch, this is only for the files we need most crucially. Any file which is not tournament-viable (due to being too short, too long, too spiky, or too mono-skill) or which does not fall into any of the difficulty ranges we currently need will be rejected without review. Such files can still be submitted to the main OT batch, or to future batches!
* For each file a stepartist gets Accepted from this batch, they will earn an event token, to a maximum of 3. Stepartists who get 3 or more files accepted from this batch will additionally earn an OT17 Super Submitter profile badge!
* There is no submission cap. If you can help fill the slots, send away!

To ensure that we don't spend too much time going through files for the same bounty over and over again, this batch will be judged on an ongoing basis by members of the OT Committee. Any time we fill a slot, that bounty will be removed from the spreadsheet; any previous submissions for that same bounty will still be judged as part of this batch, but any future submissions for it will be rejected without review.

As with all batches, FFR's basic submission rules and standard permission requirements apply.

My only concern is that there might be good fits already in other batches that haven't been judged yet. If someone thinks they have a good file in a different batch, could they also submit it to this one?

I'm working on judging older sets; hopefully that will balance things out a bit.

We have our first few accepted files from the Bounty Batch! The three associated bounties (mid 20s, low 40s, and low 70s) have been removed. As a reminder, when a bounty is removed, any file already submitted for that bounty will still be judged, but no new submissions for that bounty will be accepted. What this means right now is that any new submissions for the mid-20s range will be rejected for not fitting any bounty, but since bounties still remain for low 40s and low 70s, files may still be sent in for those ranges. There are no other mid 20s files awaiting judgment or approval, but if there were any, they would still be looked at.

Additionally, to clarify some details & frequently asked questions:
- In addition to the three Accepted files, two more have been judged and received and FR status. Bounties will not be cleared until a file receives the Accepted rating, so these two bounties (110ish and another low 70s) are still active until FR fixes are made and approved.
- Acceptance in the Bounty Batch does not guarantee use in the Official Tournament. This may come up if, for instance, more submissions for a particular bounty are accepted than we have room for (due to the policy in the first paragraph of this post!), or if particularly good files for the OT are accepted from other batches.
- The Bounty Batch will be open until all bounties have been claimed, or until the end of the 17th Official Tournament, whichever is earlier.
- Event tokens and profile badges will be distributed after the batch has concluded.

Hey all, just wanted to announce that a bounty has been added to the board--if you have any files to submit in the 98-100 range, there could be a token in it for you!

The upper-mid 80s bounty has been fulfilled and removed. Future submissions in this range will no longer be accepted. Those currently in judgement will still be judged.

Heads up to everyone, the list of available bounties has been updated (and the sheet tracking them has also been fully automated--you can trust that it's always accurate!). Thanks everybody for your submissions; we have made good progress! Currently 15 bounties remain. Many of these are centered around the low 100s. If you have charts in the 98-104 range, or ideas for charts that might end up in the 98-104 range, please send them in!
