Re: itt we do new reviews of old packs
more reviews for SMGpack2
(iamme) Final Step - eh, perfectly fine. some patterns are seriously a kick in the balls though (we call it "iamme syndrome" for a reason...) (ducky) Fire Wire - pretty simple, pretty good. maybe a bit too much following the 16ths (empty space can be very effective when used well), but I always knew where the file was headed and it was satisfying to play. (Rebirth) Fly Away - this is actually one of the better freezedump files in the pack. too bad everybody dumped on it when it came out (Kn33) Gamelan de Couple - I was not expecting this file from Kn33grow, lol. it's decent; song isnt that interesting in the first place but some of the polyrhythms are fun (Patashu) Ghosts - solid file. maybe a wee bit dense for the relatively light tone of the song (at least compared to Bumpy Genital hehu) (macgravel) Glitchcraft - tbh I was never a fan of these memorization-reliant files that macgravel excelled at (save Mellann that file ruled) (Tsuka+mcg) Goblinz - this file, however, owns (GLoVE) - Grey Pianos Flying - parts of this own, but others are too simplistically layered to capture the rising/falling tension of the song. chill file, though (HST) Hanafubuki - i don't get how this file is layered--easier chart with less hands might have helped. still enjoyed this because it was easy and flowed well (Ossa) He's A Pirate - all of this is boss except for the freezejack thingy at the end which wrecks my score every time :< (Patashu) Holy Orders - not in the mood for a long song, skipping this (Yesssss) In The Light - same here. iirc this is nice, though. too many long freezes, maybe, but parts of this were really great (Kil) Incarnation of Devil - gr9 file (iamme) Kakumei - this is actually the best iamme file but nobody will tell you that |

Re: itt we do new reviews of old packs
bump because i'd like to see more reviews from others
hateful review of ffrcp2: chiptune superstar (kommistar) - pretty neat file except for the mines right after some of those hands what was that 7/10 mind mapping (ferrari) - couldnt have picked a more cheesy song could you, cool file up until the end at like 600ish combo which you dumped jumpstream in there which i just gave up 5/10 flowing 5.8.8. (moches) - boring white noise song 3/10 mnemoniq (patashu) - a neat jazzy song with the most generic banner ever really what are these graphics in this pack, cool swing file pat-a-shoe 7/10 a bunch of japanese letters or some ching chong shit (scylaax) - a very boring and bland chart for which i had to zone out and re-evaluate why im still continuing to play this chart (edit chart is rly gay) 3/10 helix nebula (kommisar) - maybe if you told people to play this on 2.0 rate it would actually be interesting 3/10 the game of love (dimentio) - i cant even play this because it just sounds like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoBQWLE11NA running through my head sorry no 1/10 classical guitar solo (who_cares973) - you submitted this so you can get some credibility right hiai no jubaku (kil) - i think the secret to stepping to the music is you take a heavenly shit while placing notes to make it feel like the slow and relieving release of a turd from your bum ?/10 cosmic dust (patashu) - beep boop beep boop this song is boring 3/10 dusk's holy mask (kil alias) - yea my conjecture still stands *toilet flush* concertino in blue (puppet) - you had an opportunity to make this dense as fuck but ignored it now this file is dead to me 5/10 quantum teleportation (moches) - was wondering when you were going to stop copy and pasting but i guess we just cant have nice things can we 2/10 fake (puppet) - yeah nice one handed trills and unnecessary 32nd jack in there real tight bro 5/10 the legend of zelda theme (puppet & kommisar) - was wondering why my score wasn't showing, nice job double checking the file guys also too many holds 4/10 sparkle downer (npv) - sounds like cowbells in space also bad patterns 3/10 pandora (spitfire) - at least you sampled the cockblock part of the song because i would have been angry that i lost my quad by the worst patterns known to man 2/10 run the place red (dimentio) - yeah green notes thats real necessary for this song, but at least its the least boring file in this damned pack so far, cool restep 7/10 holy orders (shashikiro) - yeah real original song choice dont we have enough files for this song already a quick death (who_cares973) - sounds sick and pretty much butchers everything else in the pack 8/10 stepmania last boss (puppet & kommisar) - way to end the pack with the worst file in existence 0/10

Re: itt we do new reviews of old packs
i didn't put the mines in!!!! heavy is the exact same thing and is what you should play. someone just made a beginner copy and put mines in it and now that's what everyone plays and my nice file is ruined :<
