Re: Some japanese girls
Your art is really amazing.
edit: Maybe I'll give more detail later. Too busy right now to do so.

Re: Some japanese girls
Something about your art reminds me of an abstract artist- you've got larger areas of colour that stand out amongst others, but this is a good thing. I really do love the mild mannered abstract style you're producing with this, it's not simply a piece that is 100% predictable, because you leave a bit of the picture to be interpreted by the viewer with that abstracted concept.
Very fine work you're producing, keep them coming

Re: Some japanese girls
You've jumped up a notch or two with these.
As it was mentioned earlier, the strokes seem too obvious in parts, some seem to have lines that are just -too- bold, but still looks good. Kyoani style is just a big no no for you, stay away from that, you are far far beyond that now. The hybrid(last picture) looks the best to me, but I notice on both painted ones, you spend so much time on their faces/hair, yet the clothing, backgrounds, pretty much everything else lacks any sort of detail, and gives it a very unfinished look...and not in a good way, not like it was meant to be that way but more along the lines of you just didn't take the time to refine it. |
