If you can't commit to it, then don't make the kind of comment about things "not going real well."

I will personally volunteer myself as QA (quality assurance) for any of the content that comes in, but I highly doubt that any of the game managers are going to be able to produce any sort of content anytime soon, as we're all doing various things. psychoangel's spearheading the Token batch + songs of the week, Dossar's spearheading the regular batches/frame fixes for releases, I'm trying to contend with judgment of pending fixes + working on a secondary addendum to judgment rules and basically working in between them two as a judge, and Rob's working on a few things in the background that will be coming to fruition pretty soon.

In general, this bump actually seems like a bit of a slap in the face (just the general tone of the OT being done so now we should be working on this, disregarding the other things being done), considering the thread's initial life-cycle was cut short when various people promised to do things and ended up not actually going through with them. It's a harsh truth, but it comes down to a simple point: if you don't feel like you can fully follow through and help with this, then don't. If you want to help out, come up with a plan of what/how you want things to be done. Simply saying "I can do it!" does absolutely nobody any good if you make a promise to do it and then don't deliver.

I had created a very basic guide to simfiling that was focused on pitch relevance (talking two years ago) that could be useful here, but I'd almost rather redo that video because it's not brief enough and could easily be branched off into a number of subsections, nor does it look good enough to really represent an official channel.

It's not like anyone tells me things are being done. Sure I could go find all this out but I honestly I didn't think to go look. I bumped because I didn't want an idea I liked to be forgotten, I didn't intend to be all like "do this now.".

bolded part is what i meant by my comment, not a "staff is lazy" thing. gonna guess the rest isn't really at me specifically but i keep taking it like it is.

people mentioned mic issues previously as i was skimming through above so i thought i could lend my voice to one of these projects. if that unblocks something that's been in the works, then great. but apparently, since it seems like i can't commit to the full production process, might as well just have said nothing. i can do a whole video and i have the tech for it, just not right tf now like rapta seemed to want.

the thing is sometimes i don't think you're aware of how your tone comes off, and as i reread, it's that kind of thing which basically zeroes my enthusiasm on doing anything here.

Well it seems to be a common theme of people's tones not coming off the right way because you coming in here saying "I see the video assignments above went over real well" came off pretty rude to me.

This project got pushed back for a number of reasons. I had to hop around to more important things on the site (including reworking the whole batch judgement system because Silvuh left with no warning). I asked if there was anyone else that wanted to take over, but no one stepped up to it.

Unfortunately I still don't have the time to fully devote to this, but if there are people who want to work on the videos listed in the spreadsheet we'll find a way to work it all out. However I will not be actively seeking people out for it right now because I just don't have the time between the game management and event stuff I'm doing at the moment. We're getting closer to everything being caught up with the batches and once that happens it will free up some more time.

I will figure out how to better my tone. That has recently been a problem in school regarding my teachers as well which has caused other misunderstandings.
