lol well, it's not really my cup of tea stepping-wise, plus i don't think i could do it without spamming x-mod shenanigans and that would be a lot of work D:

Re: FFR Community Pack 3
I'm not a flake. It's just tough **** at work right now. A lot of our new hires are ****, I just got promoted so I'm doing a ton more, and on my one day off I get pestered to do things.
Pack is kinda on hold till kommi gets internet back anyways. |

I'm sure if you tried hard enough, you could be Dimentio too.

Re: FFR Community Pack 3
Yeah, I asked for A Place in Time to be ignored ... I think they just wanted an easy file or something ... ? But yeah, I'm gon'na try to get something worth playing in sent before ... ... Okay, I really don't think I will be able to. I'll just make my own "Poopy attempts at SM files" thread when I can actually get some stuff done without worrying about a deadline...
Ederp: Okay, so I lied. I'm going to send my A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing solo file. If y'all like it, I'll do some graphics for it. Last edited by Silvuh; 11-17-2010 at 07:47 AM.. |

Re: FFR Community Pack 3
Pending on Kommi whenever he gets internet (which will be by this weekend probably). Gotta discuss which files to pull out because that first post is nowhere near accurate. Pack seems about close to finishing though, just missing gfx and difficulty scale tweaking.

Re: FFR Community Pack 3
first expanded notes
Lunatic Gays - -pr is kinda gay but you might as well Get It Right with slow broken 8th notes (m8 etc. 3,23 not 3,12). -medium-length piano holds seem utterly unnecessary throughout; propper patterning should accentuate these melody notes i think. -192nds sometimes seem aidsy/unneeded. -RANDOMLY PATTERNED SNARE FILLS DETECTED; in a file with long 16th jumpstreams it seems important to emphasize 16th fills as separate, try some jacks or right hand jump patterns. -more bass plz -not a bad file at all just sort of generic and the song might have more potential Disconnected Hazard - -review probably isn't very necessary but most generic/boring song choice possible and randomly patterned fast-percussion jumpstreams with 8th jacks no thanks Amaryllis V2 - -really cool file -without headphones feels vaguely like a lot of invisible arrows but it comes together very nicely if you listen close -nice bass 8) -layering is mostly effective but maybe consider deviating for some accentuation snare jumps etc, chains of rainbow single notes going to different instruments is disorienting and can be inexpressive -m21 seems like missing bass drum note, percussion is pretty prominent here -fill around m24 i'm not sure i'm feeling; jack theory applies for those minijacks you have but both melody and percussion changes there so idk maybe mix it up/add some jumps or something -m28 seems like those super soft chords just stopped being layered for a couple bars not sure if intentional -everything past that is quite awesome imo im going to move on to completely unjudged submissions before i go any further with the 'accepted' files since apparently those are going through an overhaul anyway
