All five files I sent today to the normal batch are possible tournament files.
Three of them might be a little long or not the structure you are looking for, but I think they're at least worth considering.

awesome thanks guys. we are looking at files and will have some notes/ratings up soon. I've also been digging through the old batches looking for files to move over this way.

so i've heard this and the other batches don't count towards the same submission cap

may i ask when this closes? can't find info on 1st post on when it closes - but i'll assume it'll be going until every slot is filled

Yeah there's no hard date on it because it just comes down to how fast we can fill the slots.

A quick question, are v2s being considered for the Official?
I know there's historical precedent (Epidermis) but I want to make sure.

So I just did a massive update which is described below, and I'm preparing an email for the GM Team to be able to update the Batch Search Engine.

I also wanted to give a shoutout to KillerScythe0, YoshL, and AragakiAyase on the Web Development Team for helping in with the development of the Accepted/Conditional Queue files page, as it makes the [Pending] labeling process much easier (meaning that a file's fixes need to be looked over).

It's really just honestly a matter of how fast we fill the slots. I ended up a little behind because everyone's been really sick in the house but I'm going to look at more files tonight.

I'm also going through submissions in previous batches that haven't been judged yet and will move them over if they seem fitting for the tournament, so that will close off some of the slots.

I wanted to apologize to you guys for the delay. I took on a seasonal job that I was expecting to only have a few days a week because that's how it was last year. Well apparently they decided to open up without having enough staff (there's only myself and one other dude) so I've literally been working every day since the place has opened. They hired on two new people so this is going to be changing very soon and I may actually even be leaving this job.

Anyway, I got bumped off the schedule for this Saturday (although I suspect they're going to try to call me in but I'm refusing if they do) so Saturday is going to be my catch up day on this batch. I'm really really sorry it's taken so long guys.

Put up 5 notes on the OP so far. AJ is acting as the lead and I'm just adding things on that I may notice or my opinions (so there may not be much from me).

Agreed with the notes about the sync of Every Chance. It was actually a choice I made.
A previous version had more correct sync, but it was... like... fuck hard (~230 bpm polyrhythm stuff, rainbows sometimes in 192nds).
I decided to make a version where I quantized the rhythms to a more fluid degree.
As for the spike... ooooops? :3
