Just gonna subtly point out again that all post-official weekly songs are off-sync by -1/-2 global offset.
I'm using windows 7 with FP10 standalone, but it's giving this problem across only the post-tournament songs, on all flash player standalones. It doesn't have this problem with any of the other songs in-game. In-browser does not give this issue, but it takes a hit on Judge offset instead of Global offset.
