Humans

7 Humans: humans.

Guardian: Guards player of choice from a wolf attack.

Color Rees: Seers the targeted player's TSF's color but not their name.

Role Rees: Seers the targeted player's TSF's role but not their name.

Swapper: Chooses two players to swap TSF's. Cannot pick himself.

Impartial: He will receive messages that players may want others to read and will anonymously relay a maximum of three (3) of the messages he receives. The relayed messages are those the impartial human has decided to relay based on anything from pure whim to wolf/human bias. He controls the flow of information. The more messages he receives, the better information you might receive!
- He knows who sent him a message for relaying.
- He is the only player who isn't someone's TSF.
- His anonymous form is known to the public.
- He could choose to reveal himself at the cost of his ability.
- If the impartial human ever becomes a wolf target, the wolfing will fail and a random living player will be selected for an immediate role swap resulting in a new impartial human and whatever role is randomly selected.

Relayed Message Format:
Messages will not include the sender's name.
Messages will be relayed exactly as they were sent.
THE LAW. (see below) still applies when sending messages through the Impartial Human.
Nobody can edit or change their sent message or send another message after their first and only message has been received to be considered for relaying.

Wolves

Master Wolf: reeses green.

Color Rees: discovers the targetted player's TSF's color.

Escape Artist: can save the soon-to-be-lynched player from death. Can only perform this twice (2). Cannot target himself.

Normal Wolf: sucks to be you.

The wolves's spokesperson will be decided through volunteers (if any) and/or lottery.
If you want to volunteer to be the spokesperson send the host a PM stating that you'd like to start the game as the spokesperson and a lottery number. Lottery is mandatory for all wolves.

LOTTERY
The price is right!
Whoever gets the closest to the correct price of whatever I show in the PM without going over the price wins! Subordinates will be selected by whoever came second, third and last.

THE LAW.
Breaking the law will result in immediate exile from the town. No questions asked.
I. Publically (thread) revealing and/or confirming your own role is illegal.
*If you guys think you can shout "I'M A WOLF" and prove you're really human by not getting evicted then you're sadly mistaken. You will be evicted.
*Any reference to yourself in the thread, regardless of being convicted or not, can and will be used against you
*In other words, never say: I am <role> or I am not <role> unless you want to get evicted.
*The impartial human is the only exception to this law.

II. Revealing and/or confirming any info about your TSF (name/role/color) in the form of a PM, thread post and/or AIM message is illegal.
*I'm trusting you guys to tell me if anyone has revealed anything about their TSF if you strongly believe that they have.

III. Revealing and/or confirming anything about your dead TSF (name/role/color) in the form of a PM, thread post and/or AIM message is illegal.

This helps clear laws II and III a bit.

Host notes
You, the players, are responsible for whatever you say. If you're being taunted to reveal ANYTHING (and I do mean anything) about your TSF or your own role play it smart and don't fall for it.

Eviction is immediate. I will try to evict people as fast as possible if they break the law. There's nothing positive to gain from being evicted. Any contact with evicted players (before they've been officially evicted) is ground for removal from the game. I'm looking at any player who plans on gathering players by self-evicting himself (wolves, blues, gutsy humans). You're not supposed to want to get evicted.

I strongly suggest you keep logs. You'll need them.

2 questions:

1. Would you mind clearing up the EXACT relationship you have with your TSF? It's kind of ambiguous.

2. Everyone's supposed to have a TSF, but there's only 15 players (excluding the Impartial, who has no TSF.) I assume there's another role that has no TSF, such as the Master Wolf? Unless it's not handled in groups of two, and your TSF doesn't necessarily have you as a TSF in return....

I also would have a couple of questions, while we are at it.

1- Is your TSF a specific role (the guardian, human #4,...) or a specific player? That would make a difference during role swaps when the Impartial is wolfed.

2- It is said the laws applies for messages going through the Impartial. But Law I says that you can't PUBLICALLY say your role. So can you or not reveal your role through the mailing system?

3- Do you love your TSF so much that you don't say if he is against the laws or should you still report him?

4- I guess once your TSF has changed for whatever reason, you can say everything about him. Like if you were a human with a wolf TSF and if you suddently have another TSF, it would be legal to say that X is a wolf in the thread. Am I right?

5- If I count correctly, there will be 16 people having TSFs and 15 people being someone's TSF. So that means someone will be the TSF of two different players? Or is it simply that the Impartial has no TSF?

I guess that's about that for now, but be sure I am going to annoy with a lot of other questions.

your TSF is simply a player who's role you know at the start of the game. You can't talk or reveal anything about him as stated by THE LAW..

if the wolves know each other they'd have an incredibly unfair advnatge over the humans. They need to be apart in order for the TSF system to actually work.

Wolf communication will probably be done best through the impartial.

Also remember that the TSF are NOT randomly selected. I've decided what roles have what roles as their TSFs. There, you now have plenty to think about. But, remember, nobody can confirm whether or not whatever about their TSFs is true because we're playing by the HONOR CODE and possible EVICTION that will HINDER YOUR TEAM.

Players are now able to speak to their TSFs and tell them whatever they want about themselves. This allows for every player to be involved in their own tiny mystery of sorts, forcing them to decide whether or not they will believe whatever they're told.

Your TSF is a player. The player has a role. I don't see the difference.
If the impartial (player A) is wolfed his role will be swapped with player X's (randomly selected) role. So, if Player A is the impartial and he gets wolfed and player X (let's say.. a color seer/human/wolf/whatever) gets randomly selected for the swap, then player X is the new impartial human and player A is whatever role Player X was before (seer/human/wolf/whatever) and has the TSF Player X had before.

Yes, but no. These are your words. Just because your name isn't attached to them doesn't make you less liable for what you've said in the thread through the impartial. The messages the impartial relays are posted the EXACT same way you wrote them.

This is different from having another player come out and speak for you, though.

essentially, if you reveal your role to the impartial through the PM system you're literally asking him to post your name and role in the thread. If that happens, you will be be evicted. The impartial chooses the messages he wants to relay, after all.

well, if your TSF talks to you and says something about his TSF and you can prove it then report him. Why not. He's low-life cheater.
Reporting isn't a means to win the game. Reporting is nothing but a way to self-moderate the game. HONOR CODE.

THE LAW. is there to provide the grounds on which the game should be played to maximize the challenge. The whole point of the game is to find roundabout ways of communicating your ideas, suspicions, etc, without stating anything about yourself (if you're being accused of being a wolf) or your TSF (if he's an important role or something). If these rules aren't followed then the game isn't worth playing.

You can freely badmouth/praise/reveal any info about your ex-TSFs.

The impartial has no TSF and isn't anyone's TSF.
TSF's aren't mutually exclusive.

A's TSF could be B.
B's TSF could be C.
C's TSF could be X^7.
etc.

This should really be interesting. I'm a little worried that we'll have a good many inactives, mostly because of how confusing the game is. Some people might just sit back until they get the hang of it (what I'm going to try NOT to do), and some people will just say, "Screw it. This game is just too bum**** confusing."
