LOST (Thread for Discussion) SPOILERS
THIS THREAD WILL CONTAIN TONS OF SPOILERS, DO NOT READ THIS THREAD IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED ALL THE EPISODES.
also, IF YOU HATE LOST, THEN LEAVE ok well im pretty sure im not the only LOST fan on this website, so I decided to make this thread. now that the finale's have aired all over the world, This is the thread to ask questions, discuss theories and just discuss lost as a whole. LOST SEASON 6 STARTS IN 2010 Current theories: ~Jacob's Nemesis is actually Christian Shepherd AND the smoke monster. christian shepherd first tells Locke that he will have to die, which would result in the fake locke being able to possess him. the smoke monster 'judges ben' telling him that he MUST obey locke (currently the fake one). soon after, Locke tells ben he must kill jacob. theres heaps of other situations that fit. ~Do you think its possible Jacob's nemesis isnt actually a nemesis, but a friend? when jacob dies the fake locke seems a bit caring and expectful like he knew jacob was about to reveal an important piece of information (they're coming). its possible they organised it so jacob could be killed to find out about 'they're's whereabouts or something similar. ~I dont actually think Jacob is dead. theres no way the leader of the island, the protector and the one who knows all is just suddenly dead. Questions: ~Do you guys think All the survivors will suddenly appear in LAX at the beginning of season 6 seeing as juliet ended up destroying the hydrogen bomb? what do you think the opening premiere will show? i think they will all appear in Sydney just before hopping on the plane, and realising that they remember everything about the island, know each other and everything like that. ~what exactly IS the loophole that jacob's nemesis had to find? at the start of the finale, when he talks to jacob, if he happened to have a knife on him and stab him, im sure it wouldve been just as effective as if ben had done it. unless the loophole is that the nemesis is unable to, by his own hand, kill jacob, in which case, WHY ON EARTH CANT HE? Discussion: ~ I only just realised recently, but locke is DEAD. as in, he probably wont be in any more episodes. the REAL LOCKE IS DEAD!@!@!@!@ (I WILL ADD ALL YOUR THEORIES AND QUESTIONS WHEN YOU POST.)

Re: LOST (Thread for Discussion)
Season 6 is confirmed to be the final season.
EDIT: new question: what exactly IS the loophole that jacob's nemesis had to find? at the start of the finale, when he talks to jacob, if he happened to have a knife on him and stab him, im sure it wouldve been just as effective as if ben had done it. unless the loophole is that the nemesis is unable to, by his own hand, kill jacob, in which case, WHY ON EARTH CANT HE? also, new proof on the jacobs nemesis is christian is smokey is flocke (fake locke): when ben goes with locke so that he can be 'judged' you'll notice that the fake locke leaves the scene just before the smoke monster appears to ben, and flocke appears just after the smoke monster leaves.

Re: LOST (Thread for Discussion)
The pilot of LOST is the most expensive pilot for a show ever...
Start with that, and you will probably be hooked. :/

Re: LOST (Thread for Discussion)
yes what NFD says is true, if you miss a single episode, you will have no clue what is going on and everything would become too confusing.
this thread is not 'serious' its just dicussing theories and things relevant to the latest season. dayman, you either missed an episode, was very young when the first show aired or you have a small brain. its really not that hard to grasp. and im not too sure what commander is talking about but yeah if you watch the first 'pilot' episode then most would be hooked.

Re: LOST (Thread for Discussion)
The pilot was great. But when I tried to turn some friends on to the show they thought the pilot was a little slow. I could see where they're coming from. Especially knowing that the series has gone light-years past the plane crash.
