I use Glass for 3.95; Edited toasty/menu music/demo screen music, annoying scroll wheel noise reduced, song backrounds shown for results screen, and ready with a bunch of xmods and cmods.

The best themes are the Purple Edition series by Piazoren, those are awesome.

Cityscape, Cyberia Style v2, IIDX themes are always nice (k//Eternal XIII Adance Warriors is my favorite)

Personal custom version of bboy's stepmania 3.95 mod.

Protip: Don't bump old threads. Also, just use stepmania 5 with john11's (johnnyeleven) theme.

Protip: If he hadn't bumped the thread, he would've just made a new one. There's nothing wrong with bumping old threads so long as the bump post stays true to the threads topic.
