I got my new kitten today...she's my ChrismaHannuKwanzaakah gift from Tass.

Her name is Maya, and she's a purebred seal-point Siamese.

In other news, LD is awesome. He convinced me to get some t-shirts from www.threadless.com, and they are almost as awesome as he is.
(I look angry because the angle is bad...I am not angry.)

Cute kit. Reminds me of my blue-eyed 'demon' except for the pink eyes.. and the color, and the type.. and pretty much everything except the tail.

Her eyes are blue. They just flash red in the camera. Like most cats-eyes, except for my other cats which flash green or yellow and look even more demonic.

And one last thing: "Free" cats cost a hell of a lot of money in destroyed things, in vet visits and medication and surgeries, and in me being upset when there's something wrong with it. At least we know Maya is a) healthy and b) friendly and all the rest of it doesn't really matter

both Mini and Goldi were plucked right off the street for free.... and neither had any problems until they were 8+ years old.
