BMX2WAV translation

Normally I'd just google translate this, but this is a special case.

Another menu comes up:

This shows up as garbled on my PC; otherwise it'd be in Japanese. I have no idea what these options are. Specifically I don't know what (A) is, but I'd like to. Does it mean "import Another notes?" Or something else?
