I've been banned LOTS of times when I've had an active subby for annoying the staff. They don't care, they just restrict you from your subby until you become unbanned. Although your subby continues to wear off during that time, which is dumb.

What i find stupid about subscriptions is how they advertise it as a subscription and then say its a recurring paid donation with benefits. This makes 0 sense.

I guess they consider it a donation because all money goes towards site improvement. Whereas if they left that out for all you know, Admins would take it all.

Izzy, I'd be more careful with those opinions if I were you.

The admins have never shown me any indication that they squander the revenue generated by this site.

Firefox hides the ads, it doesn't mean the ads still don't receive counts for your viewing.

If you guys want an idea, look at the kind of servers being used, the amount of traffic, the price of subs/shirts/whatever, how often those are purchased, etc, and compare the data. I've done it myself already and I'm pretty sure it's reasonably accurate.

I know most things are a scam. I am just saying it shouldn't be considered a donation if it isn't used like that. If its called a subscription and they just take the money to do anything they want then it is not a donation.

There's a difference between subscribing and donating. If you're subscribing you're paying for individual privilges over a certain period of time. If you're donating you're giving to a cause with nothing in return.
