Default I need help with overplaying

I already have some pretty intense RSI in both of my hands from overplaying but I just can't help myself to play 12+ even 20 hour sessions sometimes consistantly. I want my RSI to calm down but it's hard for me not to overplay, can u guys help?

You can still play for that long tbh. You just take breaks in between. I play like 30min to an hour session, Watch a YouTube video or two, and play another 30min to hour and etc until real life obligations. As for the rsi, If you really have that the best option is take a break. You will hate the skill drop but your hands will thank you.

play runescape. It will eat your time up instead of hitting arrows.

If you're playing frequently, it's a better idea not to have sessions that long. The amount of stress you accumulate on your hands isn't going to recover that well unless you take longer breaks.

When I was actively playing my sessions were usually around 2 hours long and were focused (speed or stamina, getting AAAs, whatever).

Tfw you're risking long-term injury (chronic rsi that wasn't cured early) to your muscles and tendons, and doing it consciously, to play ffr/stepmania...

You don't need help from others you need to help yourself a little before that. Stop playing and get your hands/forearms treated and come back after a while, with small sessions at a time.

If that is not something you can do, it's an addiction that you need to take care of before even thinking about playing less because you'd be putting this game higher in your priorities than your own physical health, which is a problem. Take a serious break man.

Go outside, hang out w some friends, do literally anything.
I think 12+ hours of any game is a bit much... aren't you in school or something?
You're gonna burn out the game and get bored of it with all that play and more importantly hurt yourself.
Relax, it's just a game man.

EDIT: Or do what everybody else is doing.
