Fine, go ahead and have your little banners.
But enough with the insanely huge images. No one wants to wait 5 seconds for every single one of your posts for some image that they probably won't even bother to see that just happens to be 7 megs in size. I imagine that people with dial-up hate you, because I hate you, and I'm on broadband. Those that violate the unspoken rule know who they are and should be punished with death.

Most every forum I visit has sig limits. So I pretty much follow them everywhere out of habit.

Yeah, go to Gaia sometime...they have like these huge freaking 600x700 banners (I'm not kidding) that not only take forever to load (and yes, I have cable), but they're huge and annoying and stretch out the page. Plus it doesn't help that with the 30 post per second rate over there one person can post 7 times on one page and it makes it huge.
